You can add AnyMem toolbar to your MS Word window.
To add AnyMem toolbar, install AnyMem on your PC. Toolbar will be added automatically. To hide AnyMem toolbar, on the View menu of MS Word point to Toolbars, then click AnyMem.

AnyMem toolbar can be used to quickly call up those AnyMem functions, which are most frequently used during translation process.
– AnyMem button with drop-down menu can be used to run the following commands:
| • | Run – opens AnyMem window. |
| • | Exit – closes both AnyMem and the document being translated. Please ensure that you have interrupted translation ( button) before clicking Exit. |
| • | Status – displays whether AnyMem is currently running or not. Also Status command displays location of translation memory file which is currently being opened, and name of the document currently being translated. |
| • | Help – opens this help file. |
Start translation: open next segment in source text for translation. Alternative means: on the Translation menu click Start .
Previous Segment: open previous segment for translation. Alternative means: on the Translation menu click Previous Segment.
Next Segment: open next segment for translation. Alternative means: on the Translation menu click Next Segment menu.
Finish Translation: close the currently open segment, and store its translation in translation memory. Alternative means: on the Translation menu click Finish menu.
Get from Source: copy source text as translation for the currently open segment. Alternative means: on the Translation menu click Get from Source.
Get from Memory: enter translation found in translation memory as translation of currently open segment. Alternative means: on the Translation menu click Get from Memory.
Interrupt Translation: close currently open segment. Alternative means:on the Translation menu click Interrupt.
Terminology Search: opens Terminology Search window, which can be used to search translation memory for any context, mentioning certain word or words. Select a word or group of words in the document text and click this button to quickly search for your selection in translation memory. Alternative means: on the Terminology menu click Search.
