AnyMem widow consists of menu bar, source and translation memory display fields, translation toggle control, and information bar at the bottom of AnyMem window.

Menu bar contains all available AnyMem commands, split into a series of menus:
| • | Memory menu can be used to create and manage translation memory, load and import translation memory files. |
| • | Document menu contains document management options. Use this menu to connect to a document, repair tags, analyze a document, and finalize translation. |
| • | Terminology menu can be used to search translation memory for context in which certain terms were previously used. |
| • | Settings menu can be used to configure AnyMem operation, including the information displayed in source and translation memory fields. |
| • | Window menu contains AnyMem and MS Word window alignment options. |
| • | Help menu contains links to this help file, AnyMem support, and other related options. |
Source field displays source of currently open segment. If AnyMem finds in translation memory more than one translation, matching currently open segment, they will be displayed in Translation memory field, one at a time, along with additional information, like date the entry was created or modified on, user, who created the entry, and so on. Toggling between suggested translations with the help of toggle buttons, you can select most appropriate translation to use.
Note: You can customize information display format in source and translation memory fields with the help of templates. To edit templates, on the Settings menu point to Templates, then click Editor. See Templates topic for details.
